Children's Director

Yvonne Walker      

     Yvonne is a life long member of SNBC. Yvonne grew up in South Norfolk, graduated from Oscar Smith High School and has an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Tidewater Community College.

     She is married to Alan Walker and is the mother of three boys - Luke, Corey, and Seth. She is an active member of her community where she volunteers at Hickory Middle School and Grassfield High School. She enjoys music, handbells, antiques and football(Go Grassfield Grizzlies and Green Bay Packers!)

     Yvonne has served in many capacities at SNBC. She has taught Preschool, Children, and Youth as a Sunday School teacher, Missions Leader, choir teacher, Children's Church Leader and VBS Worship Leader.
